I'm Carina, and I’m passionate about helping busy professionals find balance, manage stress, and prevent burnout by combining mindset shifts with practical lifestyle habits.

My journey into personal wellbeing and stress management began with my own struggles. I spent years battling chronic overwhelm, anxiety, and a lack of structure, which eventually led to burnout. 

Through self-discovery, lifestyle adjustments, and mindset work, I transformed my relationship with stress - and now, I share what I’ve learned to help others do the same.
