My Story

 

Hi, I’m Carina

I help professionals and leaders find calm, balance, and purpose in a world that rarely slows down.

​

My journey into wellbeing began after my own experience with burnout. For years, I juggled demanding work and constant pressure until my body and mind demanded change. Through mindset work and lifestyle shifts, I rebuilt my relationship with stress and success - and now, I guide others to do the same.

​

For me, wellbeing isn’t about perfection; it’s about alignment - creating space for clarity, energy, and fulfilment in both work and life.

​

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me exploring nature with my partner and my two dogs - my daily reminders to pause, play, and breathe.
