My Story
Hi, I’m Carina.
I support people who are holding a lot - often managing pressure, responsibility, and constant demands - to find steadier, more sustainable ways of working and living.
My journey into this work began through my own experience with burnout. For a long time, I appeared to be coping on the outside while feeling overwhelmed underneath - pushing through, keeping up, and not questioning whether it was actually sustainable.
That experience changed how I understand stress and performance, and now I help others recognise those early signs and build ways of functioning that don’t rely on constant pressure.
For me, wellbeing isn’t about doing more or getting it “right” - it’s about creating ways of living and working that actually support you.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me exploring nature with my partner and my two dogs - my daily reminder to slow down, step back, and breathe.
